"Nancy was excellent. She made some suggestions to help my house sell quickly. The house sold fast and she was very helpful in finding me a condo (I was downsizing). She showed me quite a few condos and listened to my comments and needs. After I found one, she was helpful in recommending a few loan companies that had very competitive rates. And she was in constant contact with the loan company, the buyer's agent and the lawyers to set up the closing date. She even helped me clean the condo (while the inspection was being done) and went out and bought a new filter for the humidifier and changed it. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. I was very pleased with her service; I would certainly recommend her to anyone."

Nancy is an amazing agent. She was always available to me. Even when she went on vacation. She always made sure to follow up after a showing or open house. She always seemed on top of every aspect of what was going on with the sale of my house.
